Describe the testing and production of transformer skeleton samples.
1. Sample testing identification stage:
When sending samples for a project or business, strict testing and inspection should be carried out on the product:
A. The size of the product, especially the important parts and wall thickness required by the customer, is the focus of control.
B. The strength test shows that the general skeleton can reach 3Kgf. When the structure is thin or the product is small, the strength is relatively small.
C. Voltage withstand test. By conducting high voltage tests (such as 3, 5kv, 2mA, 60S), it is possible to avoid adverse voltage resistance caused by unreasonable material selection and wall thickness during the design phase.
D. Solder testing, testing the tin on the pins, as well as the deformation and foaming of the body after instantaneous (1-3s) high temperature.
E. The flatness inspection of the product should check whether there is any warping or deformation at the bottom protrusion or flat surface in contact with the PCB board. Generally speaking, in industry, 0 and 1mmmax are used as control standards. The larger the skeleton, the larger the size of the plane that can be relaxed. At present, the needle level control of the chip framework is the strictest, as the needle level directly affects the layout control points of the PCB.
F. If F customer requests CPK control for important parts, CPK confirmation needs to be added.
G. After the customer confirms the product, the sample and the confirmation form signed by the customer should be kept.
H. Distribute data files (product specifications, operating standards, full inspection instructions, packaging specifications, etc.) to relevant departments for quality control of subsequent mass production products.
